4.1 Permitted Use

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

5. Ticket Purchase and Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in the local currency of the event location (TRY, USD, AED, SAR, etc.)
  • Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated
  • Payment processing is handled securely by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)

5.2 Ticket Validity and Transfer

  • Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and location indicated
  • Each ticket admits one person unless otherwise specified
  • Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from WORLDEF
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets may not be replaced
  • WORLDEF reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke tickets without refund for breach of terms

5.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • By Attendee: Cancellations must be requested in writing to info@worldef.com
    • More than 30 days before event: 80% refund
    • 15-30 days before event: 50% refund
    • Less than 15 days before event: No refund
  • By WORLDEF: If we cancel or reschedule an event, you may choose:
    • Full refund of ticket price
    • Transfer to another WORLDEF event of equal value
    • Credit for future events
  • Refunds will be processed within 14-30 business days to the original payment method

5.4 Force Majeure

WORLDEF is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, terrorism, war, government restrictions, labor disputes, or venue unavailability. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternatives.

6. Event Attendance and Conduct

6.1 Code of Conduct

All event attendees must:

  • Treat all participants, staff, speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors with respect
  • Conduct themselves professionally at all times
  • Comply with venue rules and security requirements
  • Present valid identification and event credentials when requested
  • Refrain from disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior
  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or violence of any kind

6.2 Photography and Recording

  • WORLDEF events may be photographed, filmed, and recorded for promotional purposes
  • By attending, you consent to appear in such materials and their use in marketing
  • If you do not wish to be photographed, notify event staff and request a "No Photo" badge
  • Unauthorized recording or live streaming of sessions may be prohibited

6.3 Security and Safety

  • All bags and personal items may be subject to security screening
  • Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, and dangerous materials
  • WORLDEF reserves the right to deny entry or remove attendees who pose a security risk
  • Emergency procedures will be communicated at the event venue

7. Privacy and Data Protection
