All ticket purchases and event registrations are subject to availability and confirmation. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to:
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel ticket orders at our sole discretion, including if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.
All ticket prices are listed in the currency specified on the event page (EUR, USD, TRY, or other currencies depending on the event location). Prices are subject to change without notice until payment is confirmed.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our authorized payment processors. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.
Early bird and group discount prices are valid only for the specified period and subject to availability. Once the promotional period expires, standard ticket prices will apply.
Different ticket types provide different levels of access to WORLDEF events:
Ticket holders must comply with the access level associated with their ticket type. Attempting to access areas or sessions not included in your ticket type may result in removal from the event without refund.
Cancellation by Attendee:
Ticket Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another person up to 7 days before the event by contacting our support team. A transfer fee of 10% of the ticket price may apply.
Event Cancellation or Postponement: If WORLDEF cancels or significantly alters an event, ticket holders will be offered either a full refund or the option to apply their ticket to a rescheduled event date. WORLDEF is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by attendees.
All attendees must comply with the event code of conduct:
WORLDEF reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates these rules without refund and to ban them from future events.
All content presented at WORLDEF events, including but not limited to presentations, materials, logos, designs, and branding, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from event content without explicit written permission from WORLDEF and the content owners.
By attending WORLDEF events, you grant WORLDEF the right to photograph, film, and record you during the event and to use these materials in promotional materials, social media, websites, and other marketing channels without compensation.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify event staff upon arrival.
WORLDEF, its organizers, partners, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Attendees participate in WORLDEF events at their own risk and are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for travel, health, and other potential risks.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR and KVKK. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and processing of your data for event management, communication, and improvement of our services.
Your contact information may be shared with event sponsors and partners for networking purposes unless you opt out during registration.
WORLDEF shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, or government restrictions.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms or your attendance at WORLDEF events shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
